Teachers

Whether you hope to make a career of the harp or decide only ever to play it in the privacy of your home, we recommend you have lessons.

Teachers can help with:

- how to place your fingers on the strings!  Sounds simple, but incorrect technique severely restricts one's ability and   enjoyment of the harp

- your direction.  There are so many choices with the harp in terms of types of harp, style of music, and perfomance   outlets!

- care of the harp

- access to harp music

- motivation and goal-setting

- arranging music for the harp

- networking
